Orders over 1 Kg & valued at less than £150.00 + vat = £7.00 for the 1st 20 Kg then 25p per extra Kg. 

Orders over 1 Kg & valued at more than £150.00 + vat = FREE

Premium delivery areas: Please call Margaret in our Accounts Department on 01383 418610 to place any packaging order to be delivered to Northern Ireland & Eire.  Note - Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, some AB and IV postcodes are affected by an increase in delivery costs - we offer very competitive pricing to these areas, but we regret we cannot offer the same rates as standard UK mainland addresses. 

Nationwide delivery arrangements: Envelopes up to 1 Kg weight are posted 1st class with The Royal Mail. We do not send these with a Signed For option unless requested. This will be charged at £5.95 extra. These lightweight products (e.g. stickers) should fit through a standard letterbox.

Packages up to a total weight of 170 Kg are usually dispatched within 24 hours via DHL with a 24-hour delivery service. The vast majority of our deliveries are made within 2-3 working days subject to stock availability. Sometimes the online stock figure does not reflect the actual stock available in our warehouse for immediate dispatch and we may order in replacement stock which can take 7-10 days. Some areas of the UK will take longer to reach as well. If you must have your delivery by a certain date it is very important that you let us know before you order by telephoning us on 01383 418610 to avoid disappointment.

Bulk orders are usually dispatched with pallet couriers and delivery can take up to 5 days to arrive. If you cannot accept a large delivery via pallet courier, perhaps because of your location, it is vital that you contact us before ordering online. Our prices are very much tailored to take advantage of the lowest delivery costs and that usually means pallet couriers are used for orders over 170 Kg. A timed booking in service is available for a surcharge of £10.00. 

The vast majority of our products are sold and packaged in cardboard boxes. We try to ensure no box weighs more than 20Kg. Most weigh from 1-2Kg to 11-12Kg. We will always ensure the box is safe and can be carried by a single person. 

FREE Local Delivery : We have our own vehicles for local delivery throughout central Scotland. We deliver once per week to Glasgow, Edinburgh & Peebles, Dundee, Perth, Fife, Central region and surrounding areas, We offer a monthly delivery free of charge to areas further afield such as Angus, Aberdeenshire, The Scottish Borders. Orders over £50.00 qualify for free local delivery. Please call us with your order. Online discount offers will still apply.

Returns arrangements

Please read our terms and conditions for full details of our returns policy. We do accept returns providing they are received back into our warehouses in a perfect condition suitable for resale. A 10% returns restocking fee may apply for orders where re-boxing is necessary. Returns should be made within 3 months of the sale date although if the product is an ongoing stock item we usually agree to the return of any re-saleable product. The return of faulty products should be made within 6 months of delivery.

In the event that ESC Packaging has despatched an incorrect or faulty product to you, the expense of collection and resending the correct product will be fully met by us.

In the event that you have ordered the wrong product or have not taken advantage of our free sample service before ordering online, we regret that the cost of returning the product must be met by you. This must be by a secure method such as Signed For Royal Mail or a parcel courier requiring a signature. We can organise collection using one of our couriers with payment being met by you.  Upon receipt of the returned product, we will credit or refund or re-issue another product, whichever is most suitable to you, with all additional carriage being met by you for the resending of a new product.

How to return a stock product.

Please call one of our team on 01383 418610 during office hours to return a product. Please ensure the original paperwork is returned with your product. If ESC is to arrange the collection, we will advise you of any extra costs before the return is made. Once the goods are securely back in our warehouse and have been checked, we will issue a refund, credit note or send a new product to you, whichever is your requirement. If a refund is required we will call you for your credit or debit card details. The card used for the original transaction will be required for the refund.
