If you are looking for an alternative to polythene but seek the look, feel and practicality of polythene then Mater-Bi might be the product for you. Made from maize starch Mater-Bi offers excellent compostability and is available in small order quantities of just 3000 bags.

FILM:
The film is available in a wide variety of film grades, although it should be noted that Mater-bi is not as strong as conventional polythene therefore care should be taken to select an appropriate micron to ensure the bag made is strong. At present small order quantities are available in a frosted film appearance. Coloured film is available subject to a minimum order quantity.
