ESC Packaging produce excellent quality printed PFAS free greaseproof paper. We offer an affordable low minimum order and quick delivery options. Your greaseproof printed paper can be supplied in sheets or on a roll, however suits your needs. These grease resistant branded paper sheets are produced using kit 4-5 white or brown PFAS free greaseproof paper which is an exceptionally high quality paper, suitable for wrapping oily and greasy products without falling to bits. It is certified food-grade and doesn’t contain PFAS (chemicals with a negative environmental impact and also food safety issues). The paper can be branded with your design within a few days. Any sheet size is possible, making it a super product to line pizza boxes or wrap hot paninis and toasties. Whatever the use, our greaseproof paper will not let you down. Small order quantities are litho or digitally printed with food grade ink. Digital print uses non toxic ink (toner) while litho print uses vegetable based ink. Orders over 5,000 – 10,000 full master size sheets are typically flexo printed using water based inks to achieve a very low unit cost. Keeping the design to 1 or 2 ink colours will offer the best value but we can also print CMYK full colour process using digital or litho printing and these are cost effective especially at low order volumes. As greaseproof paper wants to repel by its very nature, we avoid 100% coverage but it is possible depending on the ink colour. Step repeating logos work best as a design to maintain the ink coverage at a suitable level.
Made to order – all sheets start off 500mm x 700mm and we can trim back to any size from there. Some clients like to have 2 different sheet sizes cut from the larger sheet, perhaps for a 10″ and 12″ pizza box. We can even keep the offcuts for you to use for small jobs or packing.
Rolls of greaseproof come in standard widths of 250mm or 500mm with 500 metres on each roll.

Our standard lead time is about 6-8 weeks for the best prices but we can supply smaller orders up to 10,000 sheets within 1-2 weeks if needed. A fastrack delivery surcharge applies and the surcharge will depend on the order.

Unfortunately products that have been contaminated with oil or grease can’t be recycled currently, but hopefully the technology will come soon to enable the used paper to be recycled. The paper is 100% natural and will therefore degrade as any other paper would, in time.
