ESC Packaging have years of experience in the supply of mailing bags and envelopes. We offer biodegradable recycled films, compostable films such as potato starch or cornstarch, as well as a huge range of papers and cardboard options.
With our years of expertise, together we will ensure your customers receive their products in perfect condition without damaging the planet!
We can digitally print small quantities and flexo or litho print orders over 1000 bags.
Inks used include: Digital print (toners) – Flexo print (water based ink) – Litho print (vegetable based ink + laminate, foiling, spot UV, embossing etc).
Pantone and CMYK printing is possible.
Each factory have their own range of standard sizes within flexo and digital printing. Litho printing can have any size made.
Subject to minimum order, any size is possible with any printing method.
The bags can be tailored to suit your exact needs and include extras such as:

Varies depending on bag chosen. Digital approx 4-6 weeks | Flexo from 6 weeks to 12 weeks | Litho 6-8 weeks. Most supply factories are within the UK however we do work with some European and Far East suppliers where their capabilities are better suited.
Sustainable paper. Non toxic /natural inks. Water based glue. Degradable and / or compostable paper. British made in 90% of orders. FSC accreditation.

Note that there is a 10% tolerance allowed on the final quantity made and we always charge for the exact number produced.
