Luxury corrugated printed gift boxes offer the best of both worlds. The durability and strength of a corrugated board with the finesse and elegance of a litho printed box.
These stunning boxes are perfect for Gift Hampers where glass jars and other heavy products need a bit extra protection. They also make excellent luxury postal boxes when printed full colour internally and left plain and unassuming externally. Once opened the recipient is WOW’d with the vibrant branding inside!
The board is made just for you, starting off white or brown kraft in a wide choice of flutes and then beautifully branded paper is duplexed on, creating the final finished luxury result.
Litho or digital printing generally result in the most exquisite top quality printing, compared to Flexo printed boxes.
There is no need to pay set up plate charges for litho or digitally printed boxes, making them very affordable in short order run sizes.
Any size is possible up to a B1 sheet size (720mm x 1020mm).
Any FEFCO box style is possible. We don’t usually need to charge for tooling, which can be expensive. Our mills can laser or knife cut your boxes if the volume is low or they can tool up the size for larger volumes but the cost to do so is covered for you. This is particularly helpful for small order quantities.

Digital lead time approx 2-3 weeks.
Litho lead time 6-8 weeks. We can also import from the Far East 12-16 weeks approx, although best pricing is usually at 6-8 weeks.
FSC accredited board and printers.
Vegetable based inks for Litho print. Non toxic toners for Digital print.
Fully recyclable in a household paper recycling bin.

Note, there is a 10% tolerance allowed on the final quantity made and we always charge for the exact number produced.
