Paper twist handle carrier bags offer fabulous value and incredible environmental credentials.
Our team of designers love creating vibrant fun designs for our clients. With pantone matching and all over colour printing, it’s cost effective to create an on brand on trend carrier bag.
ESC have many sizes of bag available in our stores that can be overprinted using a simple artwork. Its a super option for those clients who just need a few hundred carrier bags branded.
However our minimum order for a fully bespoke twisted string handle bag starts at just 1000 bags, making it affordable for the vast majority of businesses.
Most of our printers use flexographic printing however a few do use litho printing. We even have digital options.
For flexo printed bags we use water based pantone inks or CMYK.
Litho printed bags use vegetable based inks.
Digital printed bags use environmentally friendly toners. This is a great solution for full colour designs as there is no need to make printing plates.
The most popular size is 32cm wide + 13cm side gusset/base x 42cm high but we have a massive range of sizes available.
Smallest possible size is : 18cm wide + 8cm side x 21cm high
Largest possible size is: 54cm wide + 15cm side gusset x 49cm high.
We also have a wide range of very large base bags, with a maximum bottom capacity of 25cm side / base to take large cake boxes flat.

From 1000 bags, although 5000 bags is a super price point to start at.
Our standard lead time is 3-4 weeks and for larger orders over 5,000 we can also import from our European partner factories. This usually takes 8-10 weeks.
Our factories are FSC registered and use environmentally sound inks, glues and practices.
We have compostable papers available.
All inks used are water or vegetable based or are non toxic toners (digital print).
UK made bags offer a low carbon footprint due to transportation savings. Imported bags arrive via truck or sea into our local port, Grangemouth, and we try to consolidate orders so they don’t travel alone. This
helps to keep the carbon footprint as low as possible.
All prices are calculated individually based upon your requirements.

All carrier bags have a 10% tolerance allowed on the final quantity made and we always charge for the exact number produced.
