Together we can create a perfect bag solution, tailored to take your box flat, stacking as many inside as you need. The flexibility with this product is super, and with the option to brand 100% coverage, full colour CMYK or pantone matching, we can create an affordable, on budget, on brand bag for you.
Flexo printed with rubber printing plates. We use water or solvent based pantone inks and can even offer CMYK printing on orders over 10,000 bags.
Every colour printed requires a rubber plate to be made. Each plate carries a charge for the 1st order. This is why adding extra ink colours onto a flexographically printed bag costs more up front. We do keep your plates for future orders, so it is a one off charge to originate the set up.

This will vary depending on the factory we work with, we have 8 fully audited factories, each an expert at a particular aspect. The fastest possible lead time is 1-2 weeks and the longest is 10-12 weeks.
We offer sustainable papers, water based inks, vegan water based glue and British manufacturing where possible.
Our papers are all FSC or sustainble. All are recyclable and degradable. Many are compostable.
If the best choice for your particular requirement is a European supply, we will usually seafreight the delivery to our local port, Grangemouth, to reduce the carbon footprint of your order. We batch orders to ensure a shared transit carbon footprint.

Higher volume orders will significantly reduce the price per bag. These ball park costs include delivery to 1 mainland UK address, and are subject to artwork.
Origination of artwork and printing plate costs are extra, these can vary between £100+vat and £175+vat, depending on your design.
There is a 10% tolerance allowed on the final quantity made and we always charge for the exact number produced.
