ESC Packaging have many years experience in the design and creation of all kinds of presentation boxes and packs for bottles and jars. Our ability to design affordable bespoke boxes and carry packs with internal fitments ensures the finished result looks spectacular on the shelf with the added bonus that structurally the pack is a perfect fit for your products. This attention to detail ensures the chances of breakages or damages is greatly reduced; optimising the client experience and reducing costs in the long run.
Mostly litho printed although certain corrugated packs can be digitally or flexo printed.
Litho printed boxes and packs are made using vegetable based inks.
Made to measure to suit your bottle sizes! We have sample bottles and jars that we can use to create the CAD designs however our clever box designers prrefers to create your packs by using the drawings and diagrams available from the glass supplier you are using. From these PDF drawings we can design a bottle pack tailored exactly to your bottles or jars.

The minimum order varies depending on the board chosen and design. We would suggest starting at 1000 boxes / packs but we can supply a lower quantity on occasion.
Lead times vary depending on the product chosen and price point needed. Our standard UK delivery takes 3 weeks, European 6-8 weeks and Far East 14-16 weeks.
We are very good at meeting deadline requirements!
All of boards are FSC accredited. The boards are all easy to recycle (unless laminated or foiled which use extra processing to recycle)
Inks are always vegetable, water based or non toxic toners.
All prices are calculated individually based upon your requirements.
